October 1, 2007 will be the release date for the 2006 Estate Bottled Reserve Chardonnay and November 1, 2007 for the 2006 Estate Bottled Merlot. Also a Reserve Chardonnay and Reserve Merlot, both not Estate Bottled. There are only 25 cases of each.
In February, 2008 there will be a release of a Rosé, followed by an Orange Muscat dessert wine, and a Black Muscato.
2007's harvest of 35 tons pressed will be available next fall. Limited production of a sparkling wine will be available next summer.
