Quite possibly the only cidery in North America offering traditional cider produced and dispensed the way it was centuries ago.   We specialize in hard cider and perry (fermented pear juice). We use special apple and pear varieties specifically developed for cider and perry such as Dabinett, Tom Putt, and Yalington Mill along with other locally grown varienties to create blends which highlight the best characteristics of the fruit.
