Zinfandel Grill Folsom is a new concept for a restaurant that has seen over a decade of consistent food and service as Paragary's Bar and Oven Fair Oaks, Folsom and catering with owner John Hankard and Executive Chef Doug Eby. We are taking our unique California/Mediterranean cuisine to a new level and making some subtle changes to create an experience that is exciting and new yet comfortably familiar at the same time.
We chose the new name because Zinfandel is California's it is the most widely planted grape in the state. It represents the quality, value, and variety John's grill folsom restaurants have always stood for, and our style of food is particularly suited to the hearty, spicy flavors of Zinfandel wine.
You can find some good Zinfandel in Colorado too...and a good grill folsom. So head for the grill Folsom and buy a bottle of Zinfandel while you are there.
