A merlot wine review requires you understand about merlot. It is the most widely planted red wine grape in Bordeaux, third in California, and is the first wine that most wine drinkers experiment with when trying to develop a taste for the heavier and more structured red wines. A merlot wine review cannot go with saying it has also become the darling of the catering crowd and most wine shops will readily recommend it for large parties. Likewise, a merlot wine review would benefit from the medical world reluctantly endorsed red wine as a healthy addition to a conscientious life-style, it sent the vintners in California scrambling to convert as much acreage as they could to this grape, one that has been traditionally used as a blending grape, along with more complex and tannic varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Sangiovese. Wine producers have had trouble keeping up with the demand for this early ripening, easy to grow “young blackbird” or Merlot grape. So a merlot wine review is not the same with knowing these facts.
